Crazy times for a crazy family

It's been one of those weeks. One where no matter how much cleaning and preparing for the family to visit, the house is trashed at the end of the day anyway. The kind where the boy to be celebrated this weekend wakes up with the beginnings of a nasty cold. The kind where angelic little one a half year olds push their sisters so hard that they skin their knees. The kind where the phone NEVER stops ringing. The kind where nap time for me is spent in a total haze because of so many other crazy moments the rest of the day. But guess what? We've had fun anyway. The kids are so excited about the party weekend to come, and the loved ones coming to visit that will fill their family quota for a little while. I am SO looking forward to my little boy's weekend of birthday partying and baptism celebrating...and hoping for the best in all the plans. (Please work Zicam!!!)
