Our New House

Saturday, January 12, we woke up in Boise.  We had survived our hellish trip in one piece.  Phew. We took a deep breath, tried to wake up a bit, not only from 4 hours of sleep, but also 4 weeks of craziness.  Then Joel, Haddon, Ellie, Claire and I headed out to the new rental house from my parents house.  :) We had to meet with the landlord to do a walk-through and get the keys.  We had done all of our house shopping over the internet, and had yet to see what the house was really like.  The online ad had about 5 not so great pictures, but we had it on good report from Joel's parents who went to see it for us, that we would love it.  When I drove into the subdivision, my heart climbed into my throat a bit, because the houses were new and the neighborhood was so stinkin' cute.  Don't get me wrong, I have loved both of our previous houses, but the thought that it wouldn't be a fixer upper or one that we owned was SO appealing! ;)

4 bed 2 1/2 baths, open floor plan on the main level, laundry room upstairs.  All of it money-pit-free.  Swoon. :)
