Six Hot Mama's Cookin

I've been featured! A little while back, I was introduced to the Six Hot Mamas Cookin' blog by my MIL, and quickly fell in love with the delicious recipes shared there.  Check out Stacey's Addicitive Honey Lime Chicken Enchiladas - they have replaced every chicken enchilada recipe in my repertoire...which surprisingly, were many! Imagine my delight when I got a phone call from Jamie, one of the contributors, this weekend, wanting to use my fruit pancake recipe on her blog.  Thanks for the flattery Jamie!
